[13:06.13]Paul and his wife live in Chicago.
[13:11.88]One winter morning while watching TV,they hear the weatherman say,
[13:19.92]"We are going to have three to four inches of snow today.
[13:26.37]You must park your car on the even numbered side of the street
[13:33.53]so the snowplow can get through."
[13:37.79]Paul goes out and moves his car
[13:42.96]A few days later while they are eating breakfast,the TV weatherman says,
[13:51.11]"We are expecting four to five inches of snow today.
[13:57.28]You must park your car on the odd numbered side of the street
[14:03.94]so snowplow can get through."
[14:08.20]Paul goes out and moves his car again.
[14:13.16]The next week they are having breakfast,
[14:17.99]when the TV weatherman says"We are expecting seven to eight inches of snow today.
[14:26.43]You must park..."then the power goes out.
[14:34.68]Paul says to his wife,"Honey,I don’t know what to do."
[14:41.24]She says,"Why don’t you just leave the car in the garage this time?"
