The sight of food simply turns my stomach. What’s wrong with me?Dialogue 3.W: So what’s your trouble?M: I haven’t been feeling well lately. My biggest problem is that I am having trouble sleeping.W: Have you been experiencing any other symptoms?M: I’ve also had a lot of indigestion lately.W: Well, you are a little over weight aren’t you?M: Yes, I’ve gained about 7 kilograms this past year.Dialogue 4.W: I am suffering from insomnia and indigestion, besides I am gaining weight.M: Let me examining you first. Do you get much exercise to lose at least that extra weight?W: No, not very much.M: Physical activity is very important to our health.W: So what do you recommend, doctor?M: I will give you some medication for your insomnia and your indigestion, but I also recommend that you should begin a regular exercise program.
