如何用英语表示A > B

对于A > B类意思，通常可用“比较级 + than + 比较对象”句型表示。如：

Your half is bigger than mine. 你的一半比我的一半大。

I can throw the ball farther than you can. 我可以把球扔得比你更远。

He did far better than I had expected. 他比我预期的干得好得多。

但是，使用时还要注意以下两点：

1. 若A > B，且B包含A，注意要用other来将A排除在外，即用“比较级 + than + any other + 名词单数” 句型。如：

Swallows fly faster than any other bird. 燕子飞得比其他鸟要快。

Tom is taller than any other boy in his class. 汤姆比他班上的任何其他男孩都高。

She sings better than anyone else in her class. 她在班里唱得最好。

2. 若A > B，但B不包含A，则可用“比较级 + than + any + 名词单数” 句型。如：

I’m taller than any student of your class. 我比你们班的任何学生都高。

也可使用“比较级 + than + any of…”结构。如：

He is richer than any of the people here. 他比这儿的任何人都有钱。

I know him better than any of you. 我比你们谁都更了解他。
