M: No, you are going the wrong way. You want the number 11. It stops in front of the post office. You can get one at the next stop.W: Is it a long ride?M: Not that long.Dialogue 2.W: Is this the right bus for Pacific Boulevard?M: No, you should have taken the number 709 bus. You can get one at the next stop.W: How long does it take to get there?M: It only takes a few minutes.Dialogue 3.M: Canada airport please. I have to be there by 7 o’clock.W: We shouldn’t have any trouble if the traffic isn’t too heavy. OK. That will be 15 dollars please.M: Is it a tip included?W: No, sir.M: Thanks a lot. Here is 20 dollars. Keep the change.Dialogue 4.W: Grand central station please. I want to catch a 8 o’clock train.M: I think you will make it if we don’t get stock in a traffic jam. This is it. That’s 7 dollars 50 please.W: Thank you very much. Here is 10 dollars. Give me one dollar back please.Dialogue 5.W: Which line do I take for Wall Street?M: I am afraid there is no through subway available. And you’d better take the 7th avenue express, the number 2.W: How do I get down to it?
