Last weekend's disastrous rainstorm has disrupted people's normal life in South and Central China. At least three people have died and 1.2 million people have been affected in five provinces including Guangdong.
The city of Shenzhen in Guangdong province is seen as most affected. Although floods are leaving the city, some areas are still out of power as more than 30 electricity rooms were soaked in flood.
In addition, more than 2,000 cars were soaked, and more than 50 ponding were seen due to the heaviest rain since 2008.
On Monday, the city enjoyed a break, and the transportation is gradually recovering. But the weather authority has warned of more rain affecting the region.
