　　1 How do you usually celebrate festivals in your country?

　　在你的国家，你通常如何庆祝节日?

　　Festivals are usually celebrated with special meals, family get-togethers and sometimes going out to restaurants, maybe a dinner with workmates, or going to see a performance at a local events venue. Markets and commercial activities surrounding the festival theme are also common.

　　节日的庆祝活动通常有特别的饭菜，家庭聚会，有时也会去餐馆吃饭，也许是和工作伙伴一起吃饭，或者去当地活动场所看演出。围绕节日主题的市场和商业活动也很常见。

　　2 What special food and activities do you have for these holidays?

　　你为这些节日准备了什么特别的食物和活动?

　　Usually my parents cook their favourite dishes at festivals. The dishes that are regarded by the family as their special dishes. My mum always prepares 8 particular dishes on holidays, and a lot of snacks and wine to accompany them.

　　通常情况下，我的父母在节日里会做他们最喜欢的菜。那些被家人视为他们的特别菜肴的菜肴。我妈妈在节假日总是准备8道特别的菜，还有很多小吃和酒来搭配。

　　3 What is your favorite festival?

　　你最喜欢的节日是什么?

　　Although the May holiday is my favourite time of year for a holiday, my favourite actual festival is most certainly the Spring Festival. It’s a magical time of year for me and I think many people in my country share that feeling. It’s basically our main, most important festival. The family all get-together, eat amazing food, watch an annual gala show… and the build-up to the festival is always positive and exciting.

　　虽然五一的假期是我一年中最喜欢的假期，但我最喜欢的实际节日肯定是春节。对我来说，这是一年中一个神奇的时刻，我想我国许多人都有这种感觉。这基本上是我们最主要、最重要的节日。全家人聚在一起，吃着令人惊叹的食物，观看一年一度的晚会......而节日的准备工作总是积极而令人兴奋。
