概念解释：我们前面讲过，这类结构表示某种“情态”，比如责备、后悔、判断等等。这里，我们再次复习一下should和ought to引导的这一结构形式。
示例1：You should have known the time for the meeting.(开会迟到了，主持人表示不满时讲的话)
示例2：I ought to have noted down his cell phone number.(用到别人号码了才后悔当初没有记下来)
Part III：综合训练
Last Christmas, the circus owner, Jimmy, decided (1) take some presents to a children’s hospital.
